Qualifications: Proficient in MS Office applications a must. Documented History for Production of Quality Deliverables. Experience in Commercial Copy Instruction Management. Previous experience with broadcast applications preferred. Proficient in log production preferred. Preferred knowledge of overall operational processes and system interdependencies a plus. Understanding of Crossroad, BIAS, Enterprise, Scarlett, MAPs, Toolkit, and Sales Systems preferred. College Degree or equivalent work experience/education/training.
Duties: Commercial Log Editor will ensure the accurate scheduling of all commercials, sponsored promotions, via use of traffic system in accordance to Network, Sales, Turner Network Sales, Standards and Practices, and NetOps requirements through play out to air and log reconciliation
Commercial Log Editor is responsible for knowing comprehensive purpose of Sales and Sponsorship commitments, Program, and Promotional strategies, KidVid regulations, and in turn able to serve as and effective liaison and partner with Network, Sales, Peachtree TV SalesOps, Standards and Practices, and NetOps, while providing high level of customer service through effective teaming and communication.
Commercial Log Editor will ensure all quality assurance processes are supported, while providing input for continued improvement. Commercial Log Editor will be responsible for the delivery of daily log to Broadcast Operation Center via translation to Morpheus Play list. Commercial Log Editor will pull, process, maintain, and distribute reports as needed. Commercial Log Editor will be responsible for revisions via use of log revision application.
