Responsible for assembling and delivering operation and office supplies to the appropriate Branch as needed. Responsible for preparation and forwarding of documents to the Houston storage facility. Oversees the weekly document shredding and pick up from the Lake Jackson Branch. Interfaces with various vendors for repair to equipment or replenishment of supplies to vending machines. Performs all other duties as assigned. Implements and performs according to the established TDECU REAL standards.

1. Member Service
Interacts with TDECU departments and staff as necessary to meet supply requests, minimize negative facility impacts, and support the business with routine maintenance requests.
Develops an understanding of internal members needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met including van, copier, printer, fax machines, and other relevant maintenance activities.
Responsible for assembling and delivering operating and office supplies to the appropriate TDECU branch as needed.
Receives all delivered supply items and Footprint ticket requests as well as coordinates proper distribution as necessary.
Monitors TDECU department office supply inventories and replenishes as needed.
4. Planning / Preparation
Establishes task priorities, schedules and tracks work assignments, provides guidance, and ensures the availability of resources for daily preparation.
Responsible for the preparation and forwarding of documents to the Houston storage facility.
Provides preparation assistance to departmental meetings by setting up tables, chairs, or any other relevant tasks as requested.
Oversees the weekly document shredding and pick up from the Lake Jackson branch and ensures proper confidentiality of all documents.
6. Vendor Management
Interfaces with various vendors for repair to equipment or replenishment of supplies to organizational vending machines.
7. Community Relations
Actively participates in internal and external community relations activities and groups to represent the Credit Union.

High School diploma or equivalent experience is required.
Some additional training may be required.
Up to one year experience performing logistic duties with emphasis on purchasing, facilities, and supply management.
3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of coordination procedures such as managing facilitation, records, and supplies.
Knowledge of relevant computer software including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
General knowledge of work order system is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
