In your position as a Customer Assistance Specialist, you provide an important function to our customers and the company. Your primary role is to great all customers entering our building and assist any customers that may activate the Electronic Article Survelliance system.
You will also provide customer service by answering customer inquiries, provide assistance during emergency procedures and monitor exits during lost child situations.
You are the face of the company and must demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
