Any combination equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in public admin, business admin, or related field;
Three years progressively responsible management experience or; atleast five years of successful professional occupational experience including LEA Medi-Cal Billing Option Program, pref. in a Medicaid Services, Dept of Health Care Services or California Dept of Education setting; Administrative Credential (preferred).
