Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Customer Experience - Branding Manager based in Raritan, New Jersey.

The Customer Experience Branding Manager will work with cross-functional and global partners to drive the customer experience for the company. This will include creating the standards for the experiences OCD customers should receive and ensuring they are implemented across the company. The role will focus on initiatives that "Simplify Life for our Customers" and the creation of a "Customer Centric Culture" at OCD. This will involve the development of OCD Standards in all customer facing roles of the company. Responsibilities include developing and communicating needs and value propositions for our customers. Develop internal and customer communication strategies that are proactive, and enhance customer experience. Lead branding and design messaging, tools and programs to drive better customer experiences. Gain direct customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Understand and communicate competitive strategy and/or actions. Additionally, this individual must demonstrate a deep understanding of commercial operation fundamentals and supporting tactics. The Customer Experience Branding Manager will work closely with WW Marketing, ValuMetrix Services, Sales and CTS organizations to develop "Experience based solutions" that enhance OCD's value proposition and delight our customers. Collaborate with OCD's Sales Enablement Organization to enhance the capture and utilization of customer insights through effective utilization of CRM systems.


A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. MBA is strongly preferred. At least 8 years of related marketing experience is required. Healthcare industry experience highly preferred. Consumer, Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device and Diagnostics industry experience preferred. Global experience preferred. Experience with Customer Experience is highly preferred. Proven ability to work within a matrix organizational structure and act as a respected influencer to accomplish changes within the organization is required. Excellent communication; Demonstrated ability to lead large organizational change, develop cross-functional internal sponsors, inspire trust, build alignment, and influence others to achieve desired CE outcomes required. Up to 10% domestic and international travel for this role will be required.
