MANAGER, GLOBAL PRICING – OPS./ANALYTICS(Job Number: 1204372)
Lead/Co-lead systems and operational initiatives that enhance the Global Pricing’ Team’s functional capabilities and drive continuous improvement Take ownership of various departmental analytical initiatives and ad hoc global pricing requests Interface with Global Pricing colleagues, Global and Regional Market Access teams, Regional Pricing and Reimbursement groups, Strategic Forecasting, PAS, GHEOR and other functional areas to ensure that key information is incorporated into the pricing decision making process. Perform pricing analysis and assist in developing pricing assumptions for early stage compounds and licensing opportunities for therapeutic areas of responsibility Assist Global Pricing colleagues in the development of pricing strategies for various products/therapy areas.
Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry in analytical roles with, at least, 2-3 in areas related to pricing and reimbursement. Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to apply to business situations. Proven ability to analyze complex business issues. Strong financial modeling skills. Proven ability to react to rapidly changing priorities and diverse business situations. Ability to influence decision making across diverse functional areas and all levels of management. Knowledge of analytical and conceptual tools which are relevant to pricing and contracting. Understanding of marketing mix and the role of pricing as part of the mix. Familiarity with key pricing and reimbursement systems worldwide and the role of health outcomes are pluses.
