Must be a current UMN undergraduate student. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Must know how to navigate the internet (use search engines, send emails.) Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Available to work over winter, spring and summer breaks. Previous experience working in an office setting. A communications or engineering major. Strong command of Gmail and Gmail calendars.
Provide support to Program Director and Program Coordinator in an office setting. Duties include: formatting letters, spreadsheets, templates, email messages, organizing events (meetings and conferences), general administrative duties (copying, editing, running errands), supporting Innovation Fellows with supply/food ordering and expense reports, aiding with office and lab organization, preparing and editing of communications materials (emails, brochures, and web pages.)
