Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of CHMG Central Processing including central
scheduling and authorizations and Central RN Triage functions.
Oversee the central authorization process to ensure all services and administered medications are eligible for reimbursement.
Oversee clinic switchboard and interpreter services to ensure patients, physicians, and other customers are connected to the correct services and/or resources.
Maintain Quality Performance Guidelines by auditing calls, testing, mentoring, and setting standards relating to accuracy levels.
Supervise and coordinate personnel activities including hiring personnel, handling employee complaints, grievances and discipline, counseling, documentation, and conducting performance evaluations. Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
Schedule staff as appropriate to ensure efficient operations.
Schedule and facilitate routine meetings incorporating staff input. Initiate follow-up of items of concern or needing further investigation.
Evaluate staff performance and conduct ongoing training for staff. Evaluate and monitor performance to determine whether training objectives have been met.
High school diploma or GED required.
4 years experience in a medical multi-specialty environment.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
1 year supervisory experience in call center environment preferred.
