Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or other related field with Licensure per appropriate discipline. 5 years post-degree experience serving children with mental health challenges. Valid NC Driver’s License and willingness to travel.
Participates in state and national advocacy efforts around service definitions, benefit eligibility and public system legislation;
Works as a part of an interdisciplinary team to assure clinical expertise to complex service delivery situations and to individuals with complex presentation;
Explores and develops emerging best practices for implementation within ESUCP’s programs;
Provides input and consultation to training and curriculum development for services and populations served within area of expertise;
Develops, aggregates and monitors outcomes achieved by designated programs and oversees benchmarking and improvement efforts;
Collaborates with Community Directors to establish a community of practice and provides clinical advisement;
Participates in the Clinical team with the VP, Clinical Services;
Other duties as assigned.
