Role MS CRM AdministratorSupport Specialist Location Shelton CT Job Type Full Time Permanent The MS CRM AdministratorSupport Specialist develops and supports our applications databases and reporting packages using Microsoft CRM Scribe SQL Server database and SSRS reporting ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop custom solutions on the Microsoft (MS) Dynamics platform Handson customer support and 2nd level application troubleshooting Ongoing cconfiguration and customization of MS CRM based on company requirements and changing needs Installation and integration of 3rd party plugins Plugins include Celenia Scribe and other applicable applications Plugins are used to provide additional functionality to our applications and systems Using native CRM tools develop automated workflows based on company defined business processes Extending MS CRM web functionality for external user access Maintain administer and backup the CRM products Create reports (using MS CRM reporting and SSRS) Create and manage Scribe integration processes that exist between MS CRM and MS AX Data importexport by utilizing the native CRM capabilities REQUIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill andor ability required Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Education and Experience Bachelors degree in relevant field 23 years of application support experience 12 years of MS SQL Server experience 2+ years experience working in a large professional fast paced environment Any Microsoft net development experience a plus Microsoft CRM, Scribe, SQL Server database, and SSRS, CRM Administrator/Support, Dynamics
