Mission

Manufacture products according to the procedures and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Sets-up and operates all fabrication equipment including e-beam welder, arc

welding, auto feed presses, brakes, punch presses, shears, grinders, riveters,

drill presses, benders, milling, detinning, powdercoating, mylar equipment or

similar equipment necessary for performance of job.

2.

Maintain accurate daily records of activity/task performed.

3. Observe and practice

appropriate safety precautions and procedures at all

times.

4.

Maintains quality and productivity standards.

5. Keep work station clean and neat.

Requirements:
The candidate will need to have the ability to understand verbal instructions regarding assembly procedures and safety procedures and policies. Demonstrated history of good attendance and work habits. Preferable, basic mathematical skills and exposure to factory line assembly environment. While

performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to stand, walk, talk and hear.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 26 pounds. If the employee is to lift an item in excess of 26 pounds, he/she shall get assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Basic computer skills necessary.

Education:
1. High School Diploma equivalent

Qualifications

REQUIRED:
1.

Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of C.N.C. machinery.

2.

Knowledge of basic math and simple recordkeeping.

3.

Knowledge of fundamentals of mechanics.

4.

Knowledge of appropriate safety precautions and procedures.

5.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and material specifications.

6.

Ability to read and use measuring instruments.

7.

Ability, willingness and aptitude to learn setup operations.

8.

Ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job

performance.

9.

Ability to work in a drug-free environment and pass a pre-employment

drug screen.

DESIRABLE:
1. One year general experience in a manufacturing/warehouse operation
