THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION - HOURS: 9am - 1:30pm Monday - Friday must be flexiable

Under minimal supervision performs routine and non-routine various production duties in accordance with standard procedures to support the Participant Materials department. This includes, preparing mail for zip, emptying cardboard, processing material requests, stocking, receiving inventory, delivering packages, removing/replacing inventory, emptying skids, various reports and other duties as assigned.

1. Processes material requests and orders material

2. Empty cardboard daily, restock envelopes, receive inventory, update inventory, Print reports and enter items for piece details.

3. Deliver packages, check status on deliveries, track items, removal of old inventory,

4. Upkeep of Print on Demand rack and fold inserts.

5. Empty skids daily, miscellaneous duties as assigned (answering phones, emails and answering door for deliveries)


Formal Education and/or Training:
High School education or equivalent experience

Years of Experience:
1 year of warehouse experience

Computer or Other Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge and Abilities:
Extremely detailed oriented, excellent written and oral communication skills, must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
