Responsibilities:

The Management Analyst/Financial shall analyze the client’s needs to determine budgetary requirements as they apply to the client’s management systems. Specific tasks include but are
not limited to: Lead Budget Analyst; provides budgetary guidance to the Director for Planning, Programming, Budget and execution (PPBE); reviews client engagements and participates in client
problem-solving and in developing plans including budgets and schedules to meet
project requirements for several major portions of a program. Shall assist Deputy Director and government budget leaders with identifying, validating and prioritizing resource requirements for this intelligence program; Assist in preparing/submitting the program budget submission and budget estimates; Provide financial expertise, forecast techniques to evaluate contract/program status, and ensure compliance; Monitor cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met, prepare financial reports, and conduct financial analysis; Support financial reports and budget analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or requisite experience in an associated discipline. A Masters in Business is highly desired. Military experience is desirable. At least two (2) years experience in the use and application of management improvement systems and programs supporting U.S. Government agencies, with a concentration on DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) Systems.
