What we need :
The Management Consulting Group (MCG) within Merkle helps Fortune 500 CMOs drive Customer Relationship Marketing. Our focus on Strategy, Process and Change Services, combined with Merkle’s Database Marketing heritage gives us a unique value proposition.

We are looking to grow our Management Consulting Group and are seeking an experienced consultant who can:

Participate in client meetings, and conduct diagnostics to assess CRM capabilities

Support customer journey mapping, CRM capability assessments and blueprints, transformational roadmaps and value case development, process redesign, and organizational transformation.

Support business development activities including proposal development, and other pursuit activities

Contribute to practice building activities (e.g., asset development)

Translate CRM vision into concrete requirements

Develop implementation plans

Support project management activities

Required Skills

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; Masters degree preferred

Between 4-8 years experience as a marketing practitioner and consultant within CRM (customer relationship marketing) strategy, solution development, project/program delivery

Excellent structured communication skills with the ability to frame CRM concepts in a way that facilitates discussion and deeper levels of understanding at our clients

Experience working in a top tier consulting firm (Bain, McKinsey, BCG, Accenture, IBM, etc.)

Knowledge/experience in digital marketing.

Strong project management, process or change management experience preferred

Experience across multiple industries is a plus

A self-starting orientation within a fast-paced environment with an intense desire/drive to “make things happen”.

Position location flexible, but preference to be in one of Merkle’s offices in Denver, Boston, New York, or Baltimore. Must have the ability to travel about 25%, and up to 50%.
