Manager/Senior Manager for GCP New Accounts-13006524

Description
The incumbent will be part of the GCP New Accounts Risk Management team and will lead the development new accounts client verification capability which shall entail:

1. Working with Enterprise negative database teams to define elements that should be passed to and from Enterprise Negative Database
2. Defining business rules to update negative information across commercial applicants
3. Working with fraud risk to develop efficiencies through identification of data in the new accounts approval process
4. Dig into uncharted data to define standard metrics and be able to extract insight
5. The incumbent will also conduct analyses and build strategies to improve net PTI

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of commercial exposures and systems across international markets in GCP and GMS
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills/ability to develop relationships with peers in RIM
  • Strong team player, and self motivation with the ability to handle multiple work streams and ad-hoc tasks simultaneously
  • Strong presentation skills, particularly in the development of professional and thoughtful materials
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey clear insight and thought leadership
  • Prior experience in capability development and understanding of fraud/negative data elements
  • SAS/SQL experience preferred
  • Ability to ask the "right" questions without having extensive knowledge in a particular business area
  • Educational: Masters preferred
