We currently have two great opportunities as a Manager - ERP Systems & Application Support in our Information Systems department. Overall responsiblities include leading a team of business analysts and/or application developers responsible for project, process, application, and system support for a segment of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
Manages a team typically consisting of 5 to 15 associates responsible for the analysis, design, development, configuration, implementation and support of software applications that support the organization's business processes. Ensures alignment with business process leaders for the relevant process area(s). Ensures the quality of processes, applications, and technical support received by customers.
Leads a segment of Rich's Enterprise Resource Planning systems made up of one to two core business processes (ie. Order-to-Cash).
Selects, leads, guides, coaches/mentors, and develops department associates, ensuring they have the resources and capabilities to effectively accomplish their assignments. Develops an annual performance plan with each associate, ensuring alignment with department, division and corporate business plans, and regularly reviews associate performance relative to his/her plan.
Monitors associates' adherence to established guidelines and procedures for supporting customers' systems needs and regularly assesses whether customer needs are satisfied.
May provides direct supervision to a team of Master Data specialists responsible for day-to-day maintenance of master data.
Selects vendors, negotiates contracts and monitors vendors' adherence to established performance standards and accomplishment of agreed upon objectives. Manages contract staffing.
Ensures compliance to system life cycle methodologies and standards.
Maintains current awareness of applicable new technologies and their potential application at Rich's.

What do I need to be considered a candidate?
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
5 years experience in the relevant business process area (ie. Order-to-Cash, MRP, etc.) or comparable experience implementing and supporting information systems for the relevant business process area.
3 years experience in ERP systems including configuration and/or programming, implementation, and support.
1 year of experience supervising staff.
Demonstrated planning and organizing skills.
Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills.
Demonstrated expertise regarding application development tools, programming languages, and/or technologies relevant to area being managed.
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Effective presentation skills.
