The primary responsibility for new franchise development; including marketing initiatives, initial prospect contact, follow-up calls, on-site visits, demographic research, site selection, and qualifying. The incumbent will be responsible for franchise sales compliance as well as maintaining prospect information in the CRM software

General Duties and Responsibilities

1.Contact interested prospects

2.Organize leads and follow-up

3.Visit prospects when necessary

4.Finalize site selection

5.Conduct demographic research of possible sites

6.Participate in trade shows

7.Maintain CRM database of prospect information

8.Contribute to marketing and presentation strategies for franchisee recruiting

9.Ensure franchise sales compliance

Minimum Attributes Required to Perform the Essential Functions of the Position

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 sales experience
  • Franchise experience a plus
  • Multi-unit operational experience a plus
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization both verbally and in written communication
  • Must be able to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Travel 30%
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Contact Management solutions.
