Major responsibilities include: professional development programming; event planning; pamphlet/publication design; statistical analysis report writing; presentation and organizational/management charting; back-up support to the benefits function and employee orientations; payroll auditing; and providing executive support to the Executive Director for Employee and Leadership Services. A high degree of strict confidentiality must be kept due to the highly sensitive material associated with all aspects of this position. Perform other executive support functions as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and three years’ experience in a high level administrative role; demonstrated ability to exercise discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information; and completion of a successful on-campus interview.
Strong math, statistical and analytical skills; ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, includes excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, punctuation and composition; strong customer service and interpersonal skills; event planning experience; and proficiency in Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook. Demonstrated multi-tasking skills and ability to organize workload are essential. Must have the ability to work independently. Master’s degree, five years’ experience in a high level administrative role; Visio or other organizational chart software experience; and familiarity with forms design.

May be required to lift, stand, walk, reach with arms, stoop, kneel, etc.
