Additional Information Purpose To manage the Entering Student Program peer leader program.

Essential Functions Develops, evaluates, and implements processes and procedures for peer leader recruiting and hiring. Establishes work schedules, trains, and supervises student peer leaders for the program. Teaches two sections of UNIV 1301 or UNIV 2350 each fall and spring semester. Collaborates with program?s administrators on program planning, assessment, and problem resolution. Participates and assists with student leadership activities and programs.
