Manager - Respiratory Care Services Job ID # 4206In this full time position, you will oversee and manage the operations for adult and pediatric respiratory care; ensure that all programs, practices, policies and procedures defining the provision of patient care and scope of practice for Respiratory Care Services (RCS) are consistent with the Medical Center's policies, goals, and quality standards; hold responsibility for ongoing regulatory compliance and be accountable for participating and representing RCS on Medical Center Committees, in surveys conducted by accrediting and regulatory agencies; present supporting data and documents required by reviewers; and provide timely follow up including any action plans determined as necessary for compliance.

You will also be responsible for departmental employee relations oversight; promoting employee engagement opportunities; personnel recruitment; personnel hiring and termination; oversee requests for personnel; complete the appropriate personnel forms for position transfers, leaves of absences, work injury claims; and monitor licensing and certifications on an ongoing basis for compliance. Financial responsibilities include, payroll management, APeX oversight, billing auditing, maintaining federal and state compliance for charges and revenue, annual and monthly budget management, productivity monitoring, variance reporting and supply chain management. In addition, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategic initiatives that promote improving patient satisfaction, employee engagement and development, achieving industry leading quality standards and cutting edge clinical programs.
