We have a Full-time opportunity for a dynamic Service Center Manager responsible
for managing all aspects of day to day operations and administration. Schedule
is Monday-Friday, hours may vary based on needs of the department.
Maintain satisfactory weekly revenue growth, sales averages, merchandise
costs and customer service.
Manage customer service delivery, account maintenance and route sales,
facilities and truck maintenance, and terminal personnel
Manage terminal operating budget and expense control.
Bachelor’s degree in related field or Associate's degree with equivalent
successful work experience.
Minimum - 4 years experience providing Supervision and Management of
personnel with in a service industry.
Minimum – 2 years demonstrated experience in sales.
Computer literate with Microsoft Office Software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must have route service industry experience and be able to provide support
to route service personnel when needed.
Must have budget control experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated
ability to communicate with all levels of people from senior executives to
hourly workers on the production shop floor and various levels of customer
Flexible, able to adapt to shifting priorities and change without
Demonstrated ability of self-organization and self-management.
