This role will champion projects, connectivity and commercial activity across the eco landscape. The incumbent will also be responsible for working to develop, implement and sustain the ecomagination process for governance and metrics for success.
Develop and integrate a governance structure – set the eco Blueprint, including operating rhythm and metrics to ensure execution and goal attainment.
Implement operational processes that meet the business needs across the organization, drive operational rigor and discipline throughmultiple interfaces (EHS, GRC, businesses, GGO, Verticals and Corporate).
Collaborate as thought partner on strategy setting across ecomagination leadership.
Be an ambassador for eco both internally and externally, successfully build and sustain relationships with internal GE team members, customers and eco advisors and academics.
Deliver cross business eco solutions through enhanced thought and technology leadership, customer and partner collaborations, and engagement.
Establish network of contacts in regional organizations that govern, influence, implement or contribute in environmental policies and practices; engage all external stakeholders to keep abreast of an influence policy setting.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders including business leaders, government agencies; non-government organizations, customers, partners, commercial partners and regulators to access new opportunities.
Support eco team on internal and external presentations where content is aligned to eco objectives, metrics, technology and innovation.
Benchmark competitors’ eco strategy, value creation and complete SWOT analysis to develop differentiation and advantage.
Collaborate with corporate commercial team on strategic accounts and build account plans to accelerate growth with eco technology and solutions.
Minimum 5 years operations or commercial experience (marketing and/or sales and/or operations management)
Ability to quantify impact and build business cases for change
Strong strategic ability to look outside the present solutions and identify key areas of market growth
Strong ability to influence and engage a broad spectrum of stakeholders

Master’s or MBA degree
Balance of commercial/marketing experience coupled with technology and/or product mgmt
10+ years commercial experience (marketing and/or sales)
ECLP, CAS or other GE leadership Program graduate
Ability to translate vision/mission of an organization into actionable, quantitative plans
Consistent and successful track record of performance in all areas of responsibility
Superior oral/presentation and written communication skills; highly articulate and able to make key points in direct and compelling manner
Outstanding project management skills, demonstrated ability to deliver on-time and on-budget
