Job Summary:
Partners with our Client’s and other IT Departments to maintain the best and most reliable software solutions to help our clients improve business profitability, and improve efficiencies for our agency users as well as MSA users. Through partnerships, leadership, and innovation, we will strive to consistently meet or exceed our Client’s expectations. As the MSS systems come online for production begin to decommission the entry portions of the replaced legacy systems.

Role Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or related technical degree.

5+ years of product management experience and developing and implementing applications

Experience with Data Warehouse, BI

Knowledge of Corporate claims systems and Imageright

Experience with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Guidewire

Experience with major tasks, deliverables, formal methodologies and disciplines for delivering and implementing new or enhanced financial or property & casualty applications

Previous supervisory experience a plus

Capability to think strategically

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
