The Manager II Financial Operations Department manages the daily operations of several units of similar complexity for one of the following functional areas of Finance: cash receipts, cash application, claim audits, collections, overpayment vendor validation, provider receivables, ASO billings and claim adjustments. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Maintains high production standards.
Anticipates change and emerging customer and associate needs.
Develops staffing models and inventory reduction plans.
Anticipates problems and opportunities within the units managed and determines resolutions.
Acts as a mentor for others.
Creates and develops partnerships with other departments including Sales, Underwriting, Healthcare Management, Claims, Customer Service, Third Party Recovery and Membership.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
