In this role, you will manage from 5 to 10 SaaS sales people, selling our Kony One application platform online directly to developers. Your team will be responsible for generating revenue, developing new opportunities, building and managing pipeline, creating & executing account strategies, closing enterprise-level deals, and managing accounts nationwide. The ideal candidate will possess the intelligence and aptitude to position the benefits of Kony’s mobile application software to his/her team, the strategic thinking to support the team in driving a complex enterprise sales process, and be passionate about exceeding revenue expectations in a competitive market.
- An experienced SaaS Sales Manager with over 5 years managing SaaS teams of 5 people or more
- Exemplary record of performance, consistently above plan
- Adept at introducing, training and enforcing activity metrics
- Positive, motivational style (master motivator)
- Top notch communication, listening and interpersonal skills
- Successful managing in a high octane sales environment
- Must be able to manage a team through the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closing
- Technical aptitude
- Open to relocation to the Orlando, FL, area (required)
