Responsible for managing overall operations, including budget, processes, staffing, productivity, and the performance of the department. TA Processing’s main objectives are to process all incoming mail, scan the mail into the FileNet system, process all transactions, and account maintenance functions for our direct customers.
Principal Responsibilities May Include:
Responsible for leading day-to-day activities of service teams in order to deliver superior business results on a consistent basis.
Serves as a resource for questions, problem solving and additional information. Identifies, documents, and develops solutions for problem situations and issues. Execution of these responsibilities should include implementation of appropriate learn-teach-lead tactics.
Responsible for process improvement and team innovation at both a department & a global level. Determine trends and activities that can be automated or consolidated.
Coach and mentor staff to increase leadership, quality, and productivity. Work with supervisors to ensure coaching of staff on an individual basis to develop skill sets and to build upon position competencies. Ensure appropriate accountability occurs.
Delegates work assignments, establishes priorities, and sets deadlines. Monitors work flow and implements efficiencies.
Ensure compliance rules and guidelines are adhered to.
Communicate performance goals and expectations to supervisor and staff.
Maintain a positive and team oriented environment in a sometimes stressful environment.
