Review, analyze, and manage Core Application systems including installing, testing, debugging, managing batch operations and supplying tier 2/3 support for CareMore Health System business critical software applications. Support company-wide operational and administrative functions. Manage the day-to-day operations of the staff members, direct reports, and a virtual team to achieve project schedules and deliverables. Oversee conflict resolution, performance evaluation, interviewing and hiring practices. Oversee profit and loss (P&L), and maintain quality assurance compliance through validating policies and procedures; ensuring that each service level agreement is met. Responsible for the delivery and support of software system solutions purported to support the operations of their functional areas of the company on an everyday basis. Responsible for ensuring that all the functional requirements of the business are met, and work to generate new business opportunities. Provide technical guidance to plan and schedule resources based on customer expectations, as well as on the capacity of the team. Develop the department business plan and will have direct responsibility for ensuring the objectives are met. Develop and implement new company-wide standards, and train colleagues and subordinates in the critical success factors of each standard. Contribute to the development of IT architecture strategies for small to medium-sized application infrastructures; in addition to evaluating technology, performance, scalability, interoperability, reliability, availability, and serviceability in small to medium-sized applications. Utilize Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development methods or industry best practices to assist in ensuring the strategic alignment of IT solutions with business objectives. Utilize data modeling concepts and their respective applications; as well as maintain the database. Evaluate, recommend, and exploit evolving technologies in the design and implementation of application infrastructure for scalability, reliability, availability and serviceability; in addition to identifying the trade-offs and risks associated with each.
Education: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 5 years of related experience.
