Responsibilities:
Learn and perform branch functions including Member Services Specialist/Teller and Financial Services Officer duties.
Develop teamwork and cooperation of personnel to meet goals.
Project management to ensure attainment of key goals and initiatives.
Provide coaching and development to team members.
Ability to understand financial services and cash handling.
Provide outstanding service to credit union membership and internal team members.
Effectively perform and coach to needs-based selling.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. The Ability to work with other department supervisors. Ability to supervise personnel within the department/branch. Ability to effectively work and communicate with Senior Management. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times.
