This is a multi-site physicians offices management position and requires experience managing more than one physician practice (at least two or more) at a time. Experience managing multiple individual practice managers is required.
will manage and direct practice operations in the Modesto market practices including physician human resources requirements, customer service, customer satisfaction, financials, Meaningful Use attestations, business information systems, practice profile analysis, and compliance with regulatory bodies. Participates in planning and development and position specific requirements identified in “Responsibility Matrix”. Ensures compliance with OSHA standards. Observes strict confidentiality in dealing with patients and patient information.
Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent experience in health care or business administration.
Three years practice management experience in a large multi-specialty group of physicians that included management responsibility of all operational areas including finance.
Strong leadership skills and understanding of group processes, teamwork, and site/cost center based management.
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
Strong communication skills at all levels
Ability to analyze problems and consistently follow through to solution
Knowledge of third party payers
Proficiency in computer software programs including: Word, Excel, Medical Manager, Power Point, and Outlook
Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem solving expertise
