  • Serve as the main daily affiliate relations and promotion contact for The Jerry Springer Show and The Steve Wilkos Show. --provide support to Director, Marketing on affiliate relations and promotions for The Maury Show and The Trisha Goddard Show.
  • Point of contact and resource for all station clients including Promotion Managers, Programming Directors, and Sales departments regarding programming, promotion, co-op, sales, distribution, show content, viewer inquiries and talent availability
  • Oversee creation and execution of marketing & promotional campaigns including on-air, online, radio & out of home promotions
  • Work with editors and post-production staff to on-camera and audio promos to stations and third-party vendor
  • Coordinate custom promo shoots with talent
  • Create content for consumer websites and update and maintain web content
  • Write show listings and provide schedules to stations
  • Oversight of weekly promo delivery to affiliates in collaboration with promo producers
  • Coordination of promo tracking including encoding and reporting
  • Manage co-op program, including station requests and approvals
  • Maintain affiliate relations database
  • Work with VP and Director of Marketing on Ad Sales and Station Sales marketing projects
  • Assist with syndicated program launches

  • Qualifications/Requirements
    Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience working in TV syndication with emphasis on affiliate relations, marketing, promotion, digital or related field.
  • Bachelor Degree in marketing, television production or other related field of study required
