Partial Job Description
1) Ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable environmental regulations in domestic and international markets
2) Support the implementation of the environmental compliance strategy throughout the organization
3) Maintain up-to-date information of all relevant regulations that affect products
4) Work with inter-functional partners to ensure that all environmental regulations and guidelines communicated and meet and complete required EPA reporting
5) Participate in trade organizations as appropriate to ensure the company represented and interest protected
6) Monitor existing and emerging regulations, standards and guidance documents at a state, federal and international level
7) Interpret and communicate changes and ensuring applicable corporate policies and procedures revised accordingly
8) Provide regulatory guidance, training and support to internal business units and external vendors
9) Prepare additional information or responses as requested by regulatory agencies or customers
10) Provide technical review of reports and supporting data to ensure compliance to regulations
11) Provide oversight for ATF program, RCRA hazardous waste programs, site specific permits including air and waste water
12) Maintain regulatory licenses
13) Complete required EPA reports and ATF reports
14) Lead environmental agency inspections
15) Prepare and maintain regulatory files as required

Qualifications / Skills Required
1) University degree is required (preference will be given to those with degree in relevant field, though all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply)
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Life sciences industry experience
