Job Functions:
• Provide HR support across the Clinical segment
• Maintain, coordinate the development of job descriptions
• Point of contact for client audit (distributes CVs, Job descriptions; fields HR related questions)
• Own HR links on intranet site
• HR SOPs – maintain and update as needed
• Point of contact for Business Development Proposals (create/maintain library of HR responses)
• Provide back-up to HR Business Partners as needed
• Job Codes – coordinate with compensation/HRIS the creation of new codes and maintenance of master list
• Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs
• Maintain and manage the CV database


Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Five years relevant Human Resources experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, Power Point
• Ability to research and analyze data
