Key Responsibilities

The manager is responsible for maintenance of all terminal power equipment with the exception of Cranes and RTG's. Specific duties include: a) vendor management; b) annual budget for labor and parts; c) ensure that the terminal is supplied with properly maintained equipment; d) safe and clean work environment; e) ensure that procedures are compliant with OSHA, PCMS Code, etc; f) assess power equipment needs; g) oversee maintenance and ensure that a proper PM schedule is in place; h) ensure that dealines are met; i) maximize cost saving opportunities; j) capture and analyze all costs; k) interface effectively with vendors.

Who we are looking for

a) knowledge and requirements of hydraulic systems, air systems engine and transmission repairs; b) ability to understand and analyze the financial measures, P&L, and cost saving opportunities; c) undergraduate degree and prior experience in a simular maintenance function.
