Conducting or directing primary and secondary market research activities.
Ability to analyze a large volume of data
Converting market research data into publication-ready materials such as: presentations, white papers, reports, and other collateral materials
Managing social media strategy
Event planning and coordination – including special events, conferences, outreach activities, and other assignments
Coordinate with corporate and non-profit partners on Health Initiative projects
Maintaining and updating the Master Plan.
Tracking against the monthly Statement of Work from the PR vendor against outputs and against the budget
Submitting Healthcare Initiative publications to Law department for review prior to public release
Managing budget variances by tracking/reconciling expenses to budget and adjusting activities to remain within budgeted targets
Speaking with media, government, and general public to schedule interviews for spokespeople
Keeping abreast of healthcare and consumer trends, translating into positive actions and recommendations
Coordinating assignments and completion of ad hoc requests
Posting new materials on program’s website
Managing interns and their assigned tasks
Maintaining and updating key influencers database
Bachelors degree or equivalent related work experience; minimum 5 years experience in program/project/event management; significant social media management experience.
exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written); excellent project management and organization skills with a strong attention to detail; experience in preparing print-ready and managing print production process; strong analytical skills; effectively multi-tasks to meet tight deadlines; experience with budget reporting and recording keeping (profit & non-profit); strong graphic design skills; PC proficiency (MS Office Suite). MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. Healthcare industry knowledge or experience is a plus.
Pay, Benefits, and Work Schedule:
Salary Range: $64,000 - $105,500
Job FLSA status: Exempt

Transamerica’s pay ranges are competitive and are based on the external labor market. An annual bonus opportunity may be available to regular employees.
Note: Job offer amounts are commensurate with applicant qualifications, level of experience and other compensable factors and are determined by hiring supervisors/managers.
