Graduate from a Registered Professional Nursing Program
RN - current license and registration to practice in NYS
This position is responsible for the overall development and coordination of the occupational medicine program including delivery of quality services and marketing/client development within the Center’s sites and in the community. This position is also responsible for creating and promoting a culture of continuous improvement to meet the ever-changing nature of occupational medicine as well as the expansion of services to new venues.
-RN, LPN, Medical Assistants in conjunction with the Medical Director
-Physicians and Mid-levels in conjunction with the Medical Director
RN, Bachelor/Masters degree preferred – in lieu of this 4 years of prior healthcare management will be considered.
Proven service line leadership.
Strong leadership abilities including proven experience in serving as a mentor to staff.
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Commitment to the principles of continuous improvement including personal continuing education.
Valid Driver’s License
