Busy, multi-specialty physician group practice seeks energetic individual to join creative team to manage and coordinate aspects of internal and external marketing and communication needs of the organization. Under the direction of the Director, Community Relations & Marketing, the Marketing Manager will partake in multiple projects aimed at developing and implementing comprehensive, integrated marketing and communication plans that enhances Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s awareness and reputation locally, regionally, and nationally, focused specifically on the Community Group Practices. The Manager, working in collaboration with the Director and other members of the Communications and Marketing Department, will focus on building and maintaining customer-focused marketing and communications services, establishing and reinforcing effective community and regional relationships, and effective internal communications planning. In consultation with the Director, and leadership in the Concord, Manchester and Nashua practices, the Manager will work on communication initiatives while maintaining an awareness of the interconnecting partnerships with other regional members of the system, and will work collaboratively with these partners.


Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, business planning and/or public relations in health care or a related field. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, creativity, maturity, flexibility, diplomacy and the ability to work as part of a team required. Demonstrated ability in planning, project management, strategic writing, and a thorough knowledge of word-processing and design concepts. Experience with InDesign and Photoshop is recommended.
