Job Summary:
Individual will provide leadership to processes in the coating/converting business. This includes engineering support (Mech, Chem and IE), project management and direct labor supervisory responsibility. This role includes ownership of achieving business performance goals for areas of responsibility such as; safety, quality, delivery, lead time, cost savings, inventory accuracy, employee development, etc. This role may include responsibility for process safety management which encompasses regulatory application of environmental and safety controls across the processes. Individuals must be able to effectively interact with all areas of the business including: R&D, engineering, shop floor, management, contractors, planning & inventory, etc.
This role is ideal for technically focused individuals interested in supervision.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
BS in Engineering from an ABET accredited university or college (ME, CE, or IE). or experience in an applicable field (Chemistry, Supply Chain)
Ability to lead in a multi-disciplined business
Excellent communication skills
Independently driven and results oriented
Ability to effectively manage change in people, hardware and processes
Microsoft Office proficiency

Coatings and adhesives
Process Hazards Analysis (PHA)
Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) and familiarity
