Job Summary:
Introduce and maintain Concierge Program in apartment communities. Work in conjunction with MDU Solutions to oversee Complimentary Program. Work Door-to-Door in the apartment communities to raise awareness of TWC.

Ensure properties are always stocked with approved Time Warner Cable collateral and informational items. Provide input to Marketing when custom collateral is needed.
Effectively communicate to and develop rapport with customers. Evaluate customer's existing and potential product needs and make appropriate recommendations.
Complete associated paperwork following each customer contact in a timely and legible manner to ensure all detail of transaction are completed according to approved and standardized procedures.
Be able to perform installation of all product lines, video, HSD and Digital Phone with zero error rate.
Increase customer understanding of Time Warner Cable products and pricing models, as well as competitive advantage over other services providers.
Attend team meetings and training sessions as determined by management.
Work in unison with MDU Solutions Team to obtain long term contract(s) with property owners.
Demonstrate strong understanding and enthusiasm around technology, especially around Time Warner Cable products and services, promotion and selling offerings to residential customers in designated territory.
Demonstrate thorough & recent competitive knowledge of features, benefits, products differences, pricing, and campaigns for video, high speed internet, and phone services.
Evaluate competitive offers and frame response to show benefits of Time Warner cable.
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals as established by local market. Independently establish and organize daily sales activities.
Generate business through established and approved creative methods of lead generation.
Implement effective sales closing techniques to ensure product installation goal is achieved.
Demonstrate professional conduct and appearance. Punctual, regular and consistent attendance.

Experience/Skills Required:
High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
Demonstrated record of success in outbound sales environment with emphasis on business to consumer.
Thorough understanding of video, high-speed internet and phone service.
Must have impeccable communication, organizational, and people skills.
Strong customer service background.
Technical ability to learn installation, computer knowledge, billing system, and databases.
Reliable personal transportation, Valid Driver's License.
Ability to work extended hours and weekends
