Transwestern, a national full service commercial real estate company, is seeking an experienced marketing coordinator to work in its Vienna, VA office. The Marketing/Client Services Coordinator is responsible for working directly with a senior leasing team in the Vienna office in performing a wide range of assignments for Transwestern. It is the responsibility of the Marketing/Client Services Associate to accomplish responsibilities within Transwestern quality standards and corporate goals and in a manner that helps maximize the efficiency of the group and the value of the assigned properties.

It is also the responsibility of Marketing/Client Services Coordinator not only to exhibit legendary customer service when communicating with tenants, prospective tenants, owners, and vendors but also to focus on productivity and results.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assists with property research on CoStar.

Provide graphic support for office marketing team.

Corporate Collateral - Conceptualize, plan, design, and produce a wide range of graphic and/or illustrative material, from simple to complex (i.e. brochures, fact sheets, direct mail, etc.).

Schedules and executes email campaigns (e-blasts) for brokers.

Provides support to the Marketing team (flyers & e-blasts creation and edits).

Prepares memoranda, letters, proposals, charts, tables and other documents using various software packages. Provides support through copying, faxing, and mailing as requested.

Research, analyze, and present sales and rent comparable data.

Determining area retail, entertainment, transportation and other amenities to support the viability of the specified location and property type.

Compiles moderately complex documents and information for necessary reports, informational packages and/or presentation materials.

Produces monthly reports for internal and external clients.

Maintain and improve existing relationships with both landlord and tenant clients.

Seek out new business opportunities for the team through various sources.

Be a creative, idea generator to market both the team and real estate listings.

Schedules and organizes meetings, conference calls and appointments. Prepares items in relation to meetings.

Coordinates travel arrangements including air reservations, scheduling options, hotel reservations, and car rental reservations. Develops travel itineraries to correspond with current schedules.

Assists in the completion and processing of expense forms for assigned staff.

Provides rotating reception relief during lunch hour, morning, and afternoon breaks. May also include coverage for short-term absences of staff due to illness or vacation.

Prints/maintains supply of marketing materials.

Coordinates with graphics department in the creation of marketing materials.

Ability to assist in basic modifications of marketing materials using design software.

Arrange/show property tours

Additional assignments as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
4 year college degree preferred in Marketing, Communication Arts, Graphic Design or Business Emphasis

Must currently hold or be able to attain a Virginia Real Estate License within 4 months of employment

Experience:
Minimum of 2-4 years of previous related work experience

3+ years professional design and graphics experience (preferred Adobe products experience-PC based)

Technical Skills:
Computer proficient, including knowledge in the following programs: Microsoft Office 2007-2010 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access), Adobe Creative Suite 5 or 6

Personal Skills:
Must possess leadership qualities and work well in a team environment

Excellent interpersonal skills - effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to manage large workloads

Strong attention to detail - excellent proofreading and editing skills

Ability to maintain discretion regarding personnel and industry-related matters

Must be reliable and professional

Physical:
Requires some lifting (up to 25lb.)

Other:
Uses a computer in conjunction with various software packages the majority of the day

Uses office equipment

Uses audio-visual equipment
