Due to our continued growth we are seeking a Client Services Manager for our LaGrange, Kentucky office.

The Marketing/Client Services Specialist is recognized as the face of the organization. This individual should exemplify professionalism, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrate the ability to build strong internal and external relationships, all while gaining a strong understanding of our products and services. The primary objective is to deliver excellent service to our clients by being the client's advocate and a partner to the Business Units within Rawlings.

This position will maintain regular contact with clients and will have primary responsibility for creating marketing materials and presentations.

The Marketing/Client Services Specialist will identify The Rawlings Company growth opportunities to cross-sell additional services to current clients and expand existing services. The position will also participate and lead projects, including new client implementations.

Job Requirements:

Excellent business writing skills.
Expertise in creating marketing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
A passion to serve our clients and anticipate their needs
The ability to think, respond, and act effectively under pressure
Demonstrate superior judgment and excellent problem solving skills
Possess a sense of urgency to meet clients' needs
Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous Account Management experience preferred
Able to maintain multiple projects or tasks and follow-through to completion
At least 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in building solid, long-term relationships with all levels of staff within an organization
A sound knowledge of the health insurance industry or previous work experience in health insurance industry is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be detail-oriented

Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications.
