Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of relevant experience in banking, product management and development

Job Description:
Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all Treasury Management marketing strategies, marketing communications, Sales tools, and customer communication. Develops and implements product support materials and creates a process for RFP responses. Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Organization.
Responsible for supporting and contributing to the management and strategic direction for responsible for managing several designated cash management or e-commerce products. For assigned products, major responsibilities include 1) developing and executing strategic and tactical plans to meet market share and revenue goals, 2) monitoring profit margin targets and managing revenue and expense drivers, including pricing, 3) developing and rolling-out new products and enhancements to existing services, 4) ensuring quality assurance and managing vendor and client contracts, 5) providing ongoing product support and enhancing market visibility and 6) participating in bank-wide conversion projects including acquisitions, system conversions, and/or transformation projects.
Expected to collaborate with internal and external business partners daily in order to achieve departmental goals. Assist in implementation of policies and procedures, including process design, system changes, and special project management and roll-out. Collaborate with management on due diligence activities and provide portfolio management in terms of profitability, performance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Treasury Management Organization's image and position within the marketplace
Facilitate internal and external communications; and, all Organization marketing, communications and customer activities
Ensure articulation of Treasury Management's desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Organization.
Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Product Marketing Material .
Coordinate the appearance of all Treasury Management print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
Increase focus on Product Promotions, Product Training, Market visibility and communication
Act as a liaison with other internal departments to ensure the appropriate marketing material is in place
Provide product sales support through RFP support
Develop, coordinate and oversee programs, technical assistance and resource materials to assist Treasury Management in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities.
Ensures that Treasury Management regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity. Monitor trends.
Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events.
Assist management in achievement of annual marketing objectives, sales goals, and sales channel strategy
Maintains an awareness of trends and developments in product and geographic markets
Support the development and project management of the implementation of new products and services
Must adhere to and ensuring business unit complies with pertinent laws, regulations, First Niagara's Compliance Policy as well as external compliance requirements
