Part-Time, 16 hours per week

As supervised by the Marketing Director, this position will administer marketing communication programs for web presence and profile, as well support online and database lead-generation activities. To support Piezo Technologies’ online presence, the candidate will create boilerplate advertising copy and post approved copy. To support establishing the company’s market leadership position, the administrator will track postings to designated social media sites. Using the Customer Relationship Management system, the administrator will update and create records, and develop customized reports. The administrator will perform the following tasks and meet the defined requirements:

Responsibilities

Update online product directories listings (SEO)

Catalog directory listings and boilerplates

Track Subject Matter Experts’ (SME) posts to online discussions (SEO)

Coordinate and assist with SME updates

Develop reports on web site analytics

Manual updates to the Customer Relationship Management system database

Performance of other duties as assigned or requested

Requirements and Skills

Communications education track or 2 years of experience working in commercial marketing

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

Proficiency with social media applications: LinkedIn, Blogger, YouTube

Good copy writing and editing skills

Experience generating reports with a database

Knowledge of web analytics
