Marketing Assistant Manager
Florida Hospital seeks to hire a Marketing Assistant Manager who will embrace our mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ.
Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,107-bed Florida Hospital Orlando, serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America. Florida Hospital Orlando houses one of the largest
and largest cardiac catheterization labs in the country. We are already one of the busiest hospitals in the nation, providing service excellence to more than 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients each year.
Full Time Days.
Works with marketing leadership, administration and physicians to establish strategic vision and develop effective marketing plan to meet volume and program goals. Leads in execution of marketing plans and ensures ROI is tracked and reported by campus marketing team. Serves as leader for market and competitive landscape, provides market intelligence to administration and marketing leadership regularly. Manages Marketing Liaison(s), oversees projects, workload and productivity, ensuring compliance with strategic vision, and brand standards. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
Knowledge, Skills, Education & Experience Required:
Fundamental knowledge of marketing and public relations
Ability to work well with others using tact and diplomacy
Ability to multi-task and take direction in a matrix work environment
Strong organizational skills
General knowledge of computer programs including but not limited to Microsoft office, Outlook, Lotus Notes, First Look, and Adobe Reader.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to implement initiatives in a strategic manner with minimal supervision
Four year Baccalaureate Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or Health Science, or
four years or more experience in the marketing and/or sales field.

Works with Marketing Leadership and administration to develop strategic vision and marketing plan for campus and service lines.
Leads in execution of advertising, community relations, special events, media, sponsorships, physician relations, customer service, internal communications, new business opportunities etc. while ensuring compliance with guidelines for branding and advertising activities.
Manages relationship with CHN and/or Centra Care reps (as appropriate to position) to ensure strategic goals are achieved for campus and service lines. Effective in articulating issues and utilizing appropriate resolutions for issues that could impact marketability and volume from physicians/clients.
Maintains a strong working knowledge of competitors, technology and new physicians in market and communicates information to administration and marketing leadership on monthly basis. Works closely with research team to develop market analysis and develop market opportunity, shares with administration and Marketing Director on quarterly basis.
Manages marketing liaison(s) and / or strategic projects and oversees project assignment, workload and productivity. Oversees strategic vision and ensure messaging and creative direction are aligned in execution.
Manages budgeting for campus and/or service lines. Responsible for invoicing, maintaining records and working with campus team and accounting to ensure timely payment. Produces quarterly reports for Marketing Director.
Responsible for tracking ROI of marketing initiatives for campus/service line and presenting Return on investment and subsequent market plan adjustments to administration and marketing leadership on a quarterly basis.
Works closely with research team to develop market analysis and assess market opportunity. Shares with administration and Marketing Director on quarterly basis.
