A chievers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Automation/Campaign Specialist to join our rapidly-growing company. We are looking for a guru who will own our marketing automation system and be responsible for deploying major marketing campaigns. As our Marketing Automation/ Campaign Specialist, you will:
Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure successful deployment of marketing e-mails and campaigns predominantly using our marketing automation system (Marketo)
Be the power user of Marketo and own all aspects of its use - including integration into Salesforce and other required systems
Design and test web forms and landing pages to ensure accurate lead collection and process flow among systems
Load leads collected from offline channels and establish sound data-hygiene practices to maintain data integrity – bad data drives you crazy (because it also drives us crazy)
Implement automated lead-nurturing programs to positively impact our current lead database
Establish, track, and report on standard campaign metrics to optimize effectiveness – oh, you’ll also push for A/B testing because you love continually improving. Status quo is not for you.

As a Marketing Automation/ Campaign Specialist you:
Have 3-5 years of progressive work experience within the Marketing function
Have 2-3 years of experience deploying marketing campaigns with Marketo. You consider yourself a subject matter expert - understanding how Marketo functions and its limitations
Are a skilled technologist and marketer with experience in building, customizing, deploying, and optimizing e-mails and campaigns using Marketo – you’re not only technically savvy, you’re business savvy
Understand sequence of steps to make a campaign sales ready, understand the analytics behind how to assess results, and know how integrate Marketo into salesforce.com and other required systems
Have extreme passion for supporting campaigns and maintaining great data. Your passion is oddly extreme actually. No, really. You get so excited by this stuff
Understand data governance and data management and are able to communicate this and the Marketo tool to others
Have strong team skills – especially since you will be working with a lot of other people
