Responsible for the daily management of all advertising and promotional projects, facilitation of the Promotional Review Committee process, and serve as the liaison between product/brand teams and agency/vendors for respective brands
oDemonstrate strong project management skills in support of the global marketing plans and initiatives
oManage the execution and production of high quality advertising and promotional materials.
oThis involves reviewing content for accuracy, compliance, and visual appeal in support of brand objectives
oBe involved with all promotional projects from inception to completion
oServe as liaison between product/brand teams and agency/vendors
oComplete all projects on time and within budget
oTrack and monitor budget spend for brand teams
oEnsure a thorough understanding of compliance guidelines for all promotional materials
oAct as a consultant and advocate for the Promotional Review Committee process for respective brand teams
oFollow all procedures and route all materials to ensure 100% compliance.
oProvide strategic insight to the global and U.S. marketing teams in development of advertising and promotional projects
oStrive to add value through innovative ideas, cost savings and overall knowledge of marketing plans and attics Minimum requirements Education: BBA with emphasis in marketing, advertising or communications
Experience: 4-6 years experience in marketing communications, direct Alcon sales, marketing and/or project management. 2 or more years of direct Alcon sales, marketing or project management experience is preferred.
