Noregon Systems is in search of a dynamic team-player to join our organization as a Marketing Communications Coordinator. The responsibilities of this position include the ability to understand, support and execute Noregon’s marketing and new product launch plans. Provide marketing communications support in the areas of advertising, promotions and public relations by focusing on the needs and requests of Noregon’s customers and distributors and Noregon sales and product development teams. Assist Brand Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of promotional strategies that directly support sales growth while upholding Noregon brand standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist marketing department in the development and delivery of collateral materials including packaging, ad campaigns, product catalogs, brochures, sales flyers, and point of purchase displays, email marketing and direct marketing campaigns.

Work with internal and external creative resources in the production, distribution of promotional and collateral materials. Manage promotional literature levels (monitor existing levels, establish re-ordering quantities, and work with suppliers to keep needed quantities in stock).

Prepare written materials including some marketing copy, progress reports and presentations.

Develop and manage the Noregon product image library and fulfill requests by distributors and sales teams.

Organize and support trade show activities and events including creation of booth layouts, completion of show forms, booth preparation, shipment, storage and pre-and post-show reports.

Coordinate literature printing process, ordering/re-stocking and distribution to sales teams.

Contribute to the development, posting and distribution of product videos.

Coordinate direct marketing campaigns including handling the physical aspects of direct mail campaigns (list compilation, letter generation and distribution).

Develop, monitor and report success of email marketing campaigns.

Support database management including acquiring lists, scrubbing data and populating and updating Noregon’s CRM database.

Support distributor communications by supplying marketing materials needed for distributor catalogs, shows and other marketing opportunities.

Provide support and assistance to the brand marketing manager in the management of co-op programs and funding.

Assist brand marketing manager in budget development and on-going budget management.

Minimum Requirements:
1 or more years of experience in marketing communications (preferably in a commercial environment).

Strong computer knowledge - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.

Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members at ALL levels of the company and with external suppliers.

Demonstrated ability to remain flexible in a rapidly changing situation.

Demonstrated knowledge of marketing communication strategies, terms and creative processes.

Attention to details.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.

Basic understanding of Medium/Heavy Duty commercial vehicles and markets preferred.
