Responsible for the coordination of marketing communication projects in support of business group's overall strategy for brand and business development with internal and external audiences.
Serve as point of contact for field sales, internal staff and external audiences for marketing inquires and requests.
Develop and maintain customer, producer, media and other marketing-related databases. Responsible for setting up and sending outbound messages via email system.
Partner with marketing team to develop and execute marketing communication campaigns for internal and external audiences.
Manage all marketing material inventory and distribution to internal and external audiences. Coordinate development and revision of printed and web-based forms and stationery.
Write, edit and proofread marketing and communications materials and messages.
Ensure compliance requirements are met through effective file maintenance and approvals.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or Marketing (or 4 years experience in a marketing function role)
One year experience in a customer relations or marketing role
Two years experience in a Marketing and Communications Coordinator role.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Public Speaking ability
Ability to manage multiple projects and meeting stringent deadlines
Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint
