The Marketing Coordinator/ Digital Specialist is responsible for supporting all elements of the organization’s marketing and communication functions. This is a hands-on role with responsibility to track and fulfill member requests for all manner of marketing support. The role will report directly to the VP of Marketing and be assisting Marketing Managers with a high degree of technical execution support for projects and campaigns aimed at supporting and developing our member practices businesses.
Assigns Work Order numbers for Digital Work Order using QuickBooks
Provide technical support for the Marketing Manager
Maintains WO tracker for Direct Mail, Newsletters, Physician Outreach Program, Digital Database Email Marketing, etc… in Master Excel Documents
Correspond with Member, Marketing Manager, external vendors, and other stakeholders via email and phone in order to execute marketing initiatives to meet and exceed deadlines.
Proofs, edits and verifies appropriate grammar and ensures correctness of all information contained in the created materials prior to production.
Primary daily interface between Marketing Manager, Marketing Services team and Creative Team for management of 40+ new digital work orders per day.
Coordinates direct mailings, quarterly print newsletters, Physician Outreach Program, Monthly Digital HTML emails, print ad placements, yellow pages insertions and other tasks as assigned.
Coordinates results tracking of all Member marketing activities.
Facilitate website builds and change request tickets with third party vendor and conduct QA of new website builds and upgraded websites to ensure all ticket requests were completed before sending to Member
Creates and optimizes social media accounts
Responsible for adding Members to reporting/research tools
On a monthly basis, will assemble digital report emails for Marketing Manager
Responsible for submitting SEO tickets to a third party vendor (Vandeberghe Media)
Executes the setup of various local listings for Members
Two to four years of professional experience with responsibility for marketing support activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism or related field.
Demonstrated experience interacting with internal customers to gather information and coordinate projects resulting in a successful end product.
Knowledge of the latest marketing and communication techniques.
Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office Suite programs required, understanding of graphic design programs a plus.
Proficient in typing with accuracy above 40 wpm
Understanding of Sharepoint, Quickbooks, Adobe, HTML, Social Media
