We are looking for someone with great customer service and leadership skills to join our sales support department. This department is responsible for support of our customers and sales staff. Primary responsibilities include:
Managing all incoming phone calls Greet and respond to in-store customers Performing point of sale transactions Gift wrapping packages Distributing mail and logging incoming packages Typing and mailing appraisals Distributing and/or editing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:
Must have previous leadership and supervisory experience Must have professional appearance, outgoing personality, and a cordial and pleasant phone voice Requires ability to interact with upscale clientele Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills Be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment Requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills Must be proficient with PC’s and software programs such as Microsoft Outlook, along with an ability to learn new software very easily
