Purpose To develop and execute quality marketing programs and technical marketing projects with TMAC, TMAC customers and the community, using various media. Develop, enhance and implement new and existing marketing approaches for recruiting new customers for TMAC and to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions Maintain a full understanding of TMAC products and services. Promote TMAC to businesses, outside agencies and the community via presentations, speaking engagements, trade shows and other organization functions. Generate program income by delivering technical marketing projects to new and existing TMAC customers. Execute other marketing-related methods of generating revenue. Plan, Create, Execute quality marketing campaigns using social media and other innovative outreach techniques. Collaborate with Senior Leaders in the development of marketing and communication objectives and messaging. Update and maintain TMAC web sites and develop related marketing collateral. Use both print and online publishing as well as Adobe products, social media platforms, email, webcasts, and more to maintain internal and external marketing communication. Support the field staff with marketing and event planning and execution. Recommend creative solutions and relevant communications based on the needs of each audience group.

Licenses: Class "C" Operator's Driver's License. Applicant selected must provide a current three year Driving Record from the current state of residence. If not currently a Texas resident, must obtain a Texas Driver's License within 30 days after entering Texas as a new resident.

Marginal/Incidental functions This position will require extensive local travel, orderliness, accuracy and punctual attendance during extended hours of work needed for trade shows and speaking engagements. Other functions as assigned.

Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Must have at least four years of marketing or related experience. Requires knowledge of personal computer and other standard office equipment. Experience and proven success with delivering technical marketing projects. Experience and proven success with planning, creating and executing quality marketing campaigns using social media and other innovative outreach techniques. Experience and proven success with updating and maintaining web sites, developing marketing collateral and desk-top publishing. Experience with marketing planning and execution and event planning and execution.
